How do you put into a few words how two special people known as "Marca Care Management", (Jeanne Smith and Ellen Newport) literally pulled me back from the very edge! For over a year they walked me through hospitals, nursing homes, doctors offices and into "assisted living".  Now at 91, I enjoy a good quality of life, with "Marca" as near as my phone, to see to my every need. My only son and his wife live in another state and could not possibly have handled all these crisis situations, so we were all blessed to have these caring young ladies for "family" .......and I do love them dearly.

The care managers at Marca Life Planning give me peace of mind. I live in California, and the distance makes it difficult for me to take care of my 93 year old father-in-law. Instead, Dad has a caring geriatric care manager who does many of the things I would do for him if I lived nearby. Ellen at Marca Life Planning has been instrumental in helping Dad transition from his home to the assisted living facility. Due to a family emergency, I was unable to fly out to help Dad prepare his home for sale. Ellen took care of all the details. She set up the estate sale, arranged packing and shipping of family belongings out to California, and all the things necessary to insure that the house was completely empty. I would not have been able to do this without Ellen. Ellen has taken the time to develop a strong relationship with Dad, so he feels at ease with her. He tells me he ‘thinks very highly of Ellen.’ This means a lot to me, because Dad was reluctant at first to have a ‘stranger’ help him. When something comes up, Ellen is always so responsive and sets my mind at ease knowing that she will be there for Dad. Marca Life Planning communicates with me regularly, so I always know what is happening. I feel very fortunate to have found Marca Life Planning and would not hesitate to recommend their services.
